At BVPRIVE, our authentication methodology represents the culmination of decades of luxury expertise, implemented by a distinguished panel of former artisans and authenticators from prestigious houses including Hermès, Chanel, and Louis Vuitton. Our process adheres to stringent international standards and proprietary evaluation protocols developed over our 17-year heritage of serving distinguished clientele, including royal families and elite collectors.
II. MULTI-TIERED AUTHENTICATION FRAMEWORK
Every luxury asset is subjected to a comprehensive verification within our state-of-the-art facilities. Our proprietary verification protocol encompasses:

III. LEGAL STANDARDS & DISPUTE GOVERNANCE
This section serves as a binding agreement regarding any disputes over the authenticity of items sold by the Company.
3.1. Forensic Dominance of Internal Records BVPRIVE maintains a "Digital Fingerprint" for every asset, consisting of high-resolution forensic photography and internal security markers. This internal record serves as the definitive legal baseline for any provenance or authenticity comparison.
3.2. Inadmissibility of Third-Party/Digital Assessments The Company does not recognize "online," "app-based," or "photographic" assessments from third-party services as competent evidence. As our specialists hold brand-specific certifications and forensic training that exceed standard retail knowledge, only a formal, verified written statement of non-authenticity issued by the Original Manufacturer’s Headquarters (e.g., Hermès International, Chanel S.A.) will be admitted for a refund claim.
3.3. Mandatory Physical Evaluation Requirement In the event of an authenticity dispute, no refund, credit, or liability adjustment will be initiated without the physical return of the item to a BVPRIVE-designated secure intake facility. * The Company reserves ten (10) working days upon receipt to conduct a forensic cross-reference against the item’s original "Digital Fingerprint."
IV. FRAUD PREVENTION & "SWITCH" PROTOCOL
Any item returned that does not match the Company’s internal security markers, high-resolution records, or original weight/textural specifications will be rejected immediately. In such cases:

The item will be retained as evidence.

The matter will be referred to the Company’s Legal Counsel and relevant law enforcement agencies for Attempted Fraud and Theft by Deception.
ANTI-FRAUD POLICY
BVPRIVÉ operates with a zero-tolerance policy toward the circulation of counterfeit goods. As a provider of independent, expert-led forensic reporting, our findings are final and based on exhaustive Maison-specific craftsmanship standards. Should an item fail our authentication process, we provide a formal Letter of Non-Authenticity structured to be recognized by global payment processors and insurance providers for dispute resolution. To maintain the integrity of the luxury ecosystem, BVPRIVÉ actively collaborates with Action Fraud and the National Fraud & Cyber Crime Reporting Centre to combat online scammers.
